  • Manage Phase I–IV clinical trials from start-up through close-out, maintaining accountability for project scope, timelines, quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource strategies, and contingency plans to support successful study execution.
  • Drive financial performance by managing project budgets and working toward established financial targets.
  • Partner with functional leads to evaluate complex project issues, interpret information, make sound business decisions, and implement effective solutions.
  • Build strong client relationships as a key project contact, maintaining clear communication and helping ensure client expectations are met.
  • Resolve project and team challenges through effective communication, negotiation, prioritization, and conflict management.
  • Improve the efficiency and quality of project delivery while ensuring teams operate in accordance with established clinical research standards and SOPs.
