Our client is developing a next-generation MarTech platform designed to help businesses unlock new revenue opportunities and scale through smarter technology.
As part of its product expansion, the team is developing an advanced iGaming player data platform and looking for an experienced industry professional to help shape its strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
This is an opportunity to put your iGaming CRM / CDP expertise into practice and directly influence the development of a new player data platform.
Our client is looking for an experienced consultant who understands how leading iGaming operators manage player data, retention, segmentation, promotions, and multi-brand ecosystems.
You'll help evaluate the market, identify the right technology solutions, and define what should be built in-house versus sourced from third-party providers.
Industry & Market Research: Analyze existing iGaming CRM, CDP, and PAM solutions, identify leading providers, compare capabilities, and share industry best practices.
Product Strategy: Help define the vision and priorities for a unified player data platform across multiple brands.
Build vs. Buy Assessment: Evaluate third-party solutions, their features, pricing, and suitability versus developing an in-house platform.
Roadmap Development: Define key functionalities, technical requirements, resources, priorities, and implementation timelines.
Expert Advisory: Challenge existing product ideas, review proposed solutions, and provide practical recommendations based on your hands-on experience.
Performance & Retention: Advise on player segmentation, real-time triggers, bonus effectiveness, and measuring incremental revenue.
Hands-on experience with iGaming CRM, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), or Player Account Management (PAM) systems.
Strong understanding of player lifecycle management, retention, player profiles, and segmentation.
Experience with multi-brand or cross-brand player data environments.
Background in designing or implementing player profiles, bonus targeting, promotional mechanics, game recommendations, or real-time triggers.
Understanding of player wallets, bonus engines, reward mechanics, and promotional rules.
Ability to assess CRM and bonus performance through data, experiments, and incremental revenue measurement.
Knowledge of bonus abuse prevention and responsible gambling principles.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to turn complex industry knowledge into clear recommendations and actionable roadmaps.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience working directly with iGaming operators.
Experience building or selecting in-house CRM / CDP solutions.
Familiarity with unified wallets, bonus engines, missions, tournaments, and reward systems.
Experience with white-label or multi-market platforms, particularly in Asia or Latin America.
Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or PostHog.
Experience designing control-group experiments and measuring campaign effectiveness.
What makes this opportunity interesting?
You won't be stepping into another operational CRM role. Instead, you'll have the chance to share your expertise, influence product direction, and help shape a platform from the ground up — while maintaining flexibility over your workload.
