Euclid Power

  • Renewable Energy
  • 51–200
Euclid Power is comprised of a team of industry-leading veterans within renewable energy project development, diligence, finance, and execution with over 10GW of PV and 5GWh of energy storage experience. We guide developers and investors through execution on projects at all stages of the project lifecycle. We offer a competitive advantage to our clients by demystifying technical and financial diligence, de-risking projects for investment, and by driving execution results through ensuring continuity throughout each respective discipline. Our market sectors include residential VPPs, commercial-industrial and utility scale solar and storage. Whether you have a small C&I portfolio or a utility scale solar plus storage project, we can help. Our services also span both development and operating portfolios, as our team has deep experience in both. Euclid Power is a firm defined by how we solve challenges. We design, develop, and execute tailored solutions by assembling the right combination of expertise, and facilitating that coordination through our Euclid Execution Platform. We leverage our vast network of technical, legal and policy experts and offer excellence narrowed to specific aspects of the project or more broadly through assuming ownership over execution entirely, providing and managing legal, financial, and technical workstreams.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead solar resource and energy yield assessments and own performance analytics for operating solar and BESS projects.

Energy Yield Assessment

  • Perform pre-construction and operational solar resource and energy yield assessments for utility-scale and distributed PV projects

  • Compile and validate meteorological, satellite-derived, and operational datasets, develop TMY datasets, and run MCP analyses and long-term resource adjustments

  • Estimate plant losses, run uncertainty analyses, and develop bankable energy yield estimates in PVsyst and other industry-standard tools

  • Evaluate project risks, constraints, and performance drivers, including regression-based operational analyses

  • Lead client engagements end to end, presenting methodologies, assumptions, results, and uncertainties to clients and investors

  • Perform technical review and QC of analyses and reports

  • Own and improve parts of our assessment methodology, including calibrating assumptions with operational fleet data

Asset Performance Analytics

  • Monitor BESS performance (PR, availability, RTE, inverter availability, degradation) against modeled projections, and work with O&M and LTSA providers to resolve underperformance

  • Build lifecycle cost and profitability models for storage assets and identify cost-savings opportunities

  • Analyze market data to confirm arbitrage and ancillary services revenue is meeting contractual and financial expectations, and oversee dispatch optimization strategies

  • Plan around maintenance and operational events to minimize market penalties and opportunity cost

  • Own the analytics behind the fleet’s revenue insurance product, including calculation-period analysis, claim verification, and data validation

  • Develop KPIs and produce monthly and quarterly operating reports, review O&M and LTSA provider reports, and update annual tracking models

  • Answer ad hoc requests from investors, lenders, regulators, and internal stakeholders, and support budgeting and cost forecasting

  • Champion process development and refinement
