Are you a strategic, results-driven marketer who loves building high-impact campaigns and turning innovative ideas into measurable business growth? Join Zone as our Demand Generation Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping how we connect with finance leaders across the US and Canada within the Oracle NetSuite ecosystem.

In this highly visible role, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead our North American demand generation strategy, develop creative and integrated marketing programs, and directly influence pipeline growth and revenue performance. Working closely with Sales, Sales Development, Product Marketing, Content, Marketing Operations, Customer Success, and strategic partners, you'll bring campaigns to life that attract, engage, and convert the right audiences.

What You'll Do:

As our Demand Generation Manager, you'll own and drive the North American demand generation engine, combining strategic thinking, creativity, data, and technology to generate measurable business growth. You'll have the opportunity to shape our regional marketing strategy, build impactful campaigns, and work closely with teams across the business to turn engagement into qualified pipeline and revenue.

Drive Demand Generation Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute the North American demand generation strategy and quarterly marketing plans, aligning programs, channels, and budgets with business and revenue goals.
• Own marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline performance, driving results across lead generation, sales opportunities, and revenue contribution.
• Identify opportunities to optimize channel mix, improve campaign performance, and maximize marketing ROI.

Create Impactful, Integrated Campaigns

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, webinars, content syndication, and industry events.
• Develop targeted programs that engage CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, and finance operations leaders within the NetSuite ecosystem.
• Lead account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives in partnership with Sales, targeting priority accounts and high-value market segments.
• Build personalized nurture and cross-sell programs that engage prospects and customers throughout the buyer journey.

Build Strategic Partnerships & Alignment

• Partner closely with Sales, Sales Development, Product Marketing, Content, Marketing Operations, and Customer Success to create a seamless marketing-to-sales experience.
• Develop joint marketing initiatives with Oracle NetSuite account teams, Solution Providers, and implementation partners.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to share successful programs, align strategies, and scale best practices across regions.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Content to bring compelling messaging, customer stories, thought leadership, and product launches to life.

Leverage Technology, Data & Innovation

• Embrace AI, automation, and emerging marketing technologies to improve audience targeting, personalization, lead scoring, and campaign efficiency.
• Establish and optimize campaign measurement, attribution, and reporting to connect marketing investments to pipeline and business outcomes.
• Use data, insights, and experimentation to continuously improve campaign performance, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
• Lead A/B testing and optimization across digital campaigns, landing pages, email, and creative.

Manage Programs & Deliver Results

• Own the North American demand generation budget, agency relationships, and marketing vendors, ensuring investments deliver measurable results.
• Plan and execute regional field and virtual events, including trade shows, executive dinners, roadshows, and webinars.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and buyer behavior to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Establish clear goals, manage priorities, and consistently deliver against key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
• Ensure marketing programs follow applicable privacy, consent, and communication regulations across the US and Canada.

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, with a proven track record of driving pipeline growth in the US and/or Canada.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or relevant industry certifications.
• Experience developing and executing multi-channel campaigns and account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting senior business and finance leaders.
• Proven ability to manage marketing budgets, measure campaign performance, and demonstrate ROI through pipeline contribution, cost per opportunity, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo) and Salesforce CRM, including campaign management, lead scoring, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, data-driven marketing, and campaign optimization.
• Familiarity with North American marketing regulations, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, CCPA/CPRA, and GDPR.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, globally distributed environment, collaborating across cultures and time zones.
• Business fluency in written and spoken English and proficiency with collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom.

Nice to Have:

• Experience marketing to finance and accounting audiences or within the Oracle NetSuite, ERP, or financial technology ecosystem.
• Experience with partner co-marketing, including technology partners and solution providers.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and intent platforms such as 6sense or Bombora.
• Experience supporting Canadian markets, including French-language considerations for Quebec, and collaborating with global teams across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
