ABOUT THE ROLE:

Whether you're in the heart of Vilnius or anywhere else in Lithuania, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the IT sector, contributing to the design and improvement of business applications. You'll help create intuitive, user-centred digital experiences by developing consistent design systems, interactive prototypes, and user journeys that address the needs of different user groups and organisational departments.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Creating and developing design systems to ensure consistency across business applications.
  
• Designing interactive user interfaces, layouts, and prototypes using Figma or equivalent tools.
  
• Creating user journey maps to understand and improve user experiences.
  
• Planning and conducting user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and workshops.
  
• Collaborating with stakeholders and development teams to translate user needs into effective design solutions.
  
• Designing user interfaces tailored to different user groups, organisational departments, and usage scenarios.
  
• Contributing to the development, modernisation, and enhancement of business applications.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• At least 3 years of professional experience performing UI/UX Design Specialist responsibilities within the last 5 years.
• Fluency in Lithuanian, both spoken and written, at a minimum C1 level according to the Europass Language Passport.
• Practical experience in creating and/or developing design systems.
• Experience designing interactive user interface layouts and prototypes using Figma or equivalent tools.
• Experience creating user journey maps.
• Practical experience organising and conducting user interviews, surveys, and/or workshops.
• Participation in at least one business application development, modernisation, or enhancement project within the last 5 years, where:
  • A shared design system was created and/or developed for at least two functional modules or user interfaces.
  • User interfaces were designed for at least two different user groups or organisational departments, taking into account their specific needs and usage scenarios.

The required competencies and experience may be demonstrated across one or more projects, provided that the combined evidence covers all the specified requirements. However, all project-specific requirements concerning the shared design system and user interfaces for different user groups or departments must have been fulfilled within the same project.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 3200 - 4500 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
