About the Role
INFICON’s commercial organization operates across seven regions worldwide. Every salesperson in every region should be able to access the right information, work with clean data, and use modern tools. This role owns that capability globally.
As Global Commercial Intelligence Lead, you are the central point of contact for two platforms: the Reporting platform (Tableau), and the AI Use Case Library. You ensure that all commercial team members worldwide have access, know how to use the platforms, and that they are continuously improved.
This is an ownership role: you are the go-to expert, set the standards, and drive commercial excellence across all regions.
Your Responsibilities
Reporting (Tableau and AI): Reporting access, data governance, and adoption across all seven regions, with a focus on decision-relevant data.
AI Use Case Library: Build and maintain a library of AI use cases, set standards and best practices, and drive adoption across regions.
Access Management: Authorization structures across both platforms, aligned with regional stakeholders and IT vendors.
Global Training: Training programs in Asia, the Americas, and Europe, plus regional go-to contacts for first-level support.
Continuous Improvement: Collect improvement ideas from the regions and translate them into end-to-end processes.
Vendor Management: Coordinate external IT vendors and manage partner access.
INFICON offers a dynamic work environment that promotes diversity, equality, and inclusion. Our respectful, innovative, and vibrant corporate culture is evident in everything we do and how we do it.
