What you'll do:

• Support commercial interior architecture projects across the SD, DD, and CD phases.

• Develop Schematic Design (SD) sets, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.

• Pick up and implement redlines during the SD phase.

• Develop Design Development (DD) sets, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.

• Prepare permit sets to be submitted to local authorities.

• Produce Construction Document sets to be issued to the General Contractor.

• Pick up and implement redlines during the CD phase.

• Work within Revit to develop accurate interior models and detailed documentation.

• Collaborate closely with design and technical teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

• Maintain high documentation standards and attention to detail.

What you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.

• 3+ years of professional experience.

• Advanced English level.

• Strong experience in commercial interior architecture projects (fundamental).

• Solid experience working across the SD, DD, and CD phases.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.

• Strong technical skills and high attention to detail.

• Ability to follow client-specific documentation standards.

• Clear, proactive, and consistent communication.

A great plus:

• Experience with Enscape for interior visualization.

• Prior experience working on projects in Texas.
