What you'll do:

• Support the design and documentation process across all project phases, from Schematic Design (SD) and Design Development (DD) to Construction Documents (CD), within a hospitality context.

• Develop 3D models in Revit during the SD and DD phases.

• Produce SD and DD drawing sets, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.

• Prepare permit sets for submission to local authorities.

• Develop complete construction documents for general contractors.

• Pick up redlines throughout all project phases, ensuring drawings stay accurate and up to date.

• Design and document technical and mechanical rooms as part of hotel projects.

• Learn and work with our client's internal systems, with training provided.

What you must have:

• Senior-level design experience.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.

• Advanced English level.

• Proven experience working on hospitality projects, especially hotels.

• Experience designing technical or mechanical rooms (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of SD, DD, and CD documentation standards.

• The ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
