What you'll do:

• Create 3D models during the Schematic Design (SD) phase.

• Produce complete SD sets of plans, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.

• Develop full Design Development (DD) sets of plans, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.

• Prepare permit sets to present to local authorities.

• Produce complete construction document (CD) sets for general contractors.

• Pick up and implement redlines efficiently during the SD and CD phases.

• Proactively communicate progress, needs, and requirements to the client, rather than waiting to be contacted.

What you must have:

• A bachelor's degree in architecture.

• 3+ years of experience as an architect or Revit Modeler.

• Strong proficiency in Revit.

• An advanced English level.

• Proven experience managing all stages of set development, from starting a project from scratch to overseeing renovations.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset. Keeping the client informed is key to this role.

• High level of autonomy, strong self-management skills, and attention to detail.
