AI Automation Specialist

We are seeking an AI Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and create intelligent systems that can improve productivity and reduce manual tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current processes and workflows to identify areas for automation and improvement.
• Develop and deploy AI algorithms and models to automate tasks and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI automation systems, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide training and support to staff on new automation tools and processes.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and automation technologies to continuously enhance our capabilities.
• Document processes, workflows, and automation solutions for future reference and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
