Position: Education & Training Professional
Type: Contract
Compensation: $30/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Write short, realistic requests like a real user would type.
• Work with the AI assistant on tasks. Steer it, answer its questions, and push back when it is wrong.
• Rate the experience and deliverables. Write short notes on what went well or badly.
• Evaluate AI assistants on realistic education and training tasks.
• Provide feedback to improve AI assistant performance and alignment with professional standards.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years of professional experience in teaching, instructional design, or corporate training.
• Experience using AI assistants.
• Ability to write clearly in English.
