Responsibilities Design and build resilient, extensible test automation frameworks aligned with business and engineering goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery while meeting quality standards Contribute to architecture discussions by sharing perspectives that influence testing strategy Review peers’ test scripts and provide actionable feedback to maintain consistent coding standards Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise across the test development lifecycle Coach junior team members to help grow their technical skills over time Support planning sessions by clarifying scope and helping define realistic timelines Monitor new technology trends and incorporate useful practices into daily testing work Document key technical decisions and testing approaches to enable continuous quality improvement Partner with stakeholders to set clear objectives and validate deliverables against agreed expectations Requirements At least 3 years of relevant, hands-on professional experience Strong proficiency in JavaScript for writing and maintaining automated test scripts Hands-on experience with Playwright and similar Web UI Test Automation Tools in JS to validate UI behavior Practical knowledge of Web Service / API Test Automation to confirm backend reliability Proven ability with Version Control Systems to manage and track changes in test code Thorough understanding of Test Automation Framework Architecture to build scalable, durable solutions Experience using BDD Frameworks in JS to create behavior-driven test scenarios Working familiarity with AI tools and principles to enhance testing practices and outcomes English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
