Who we need

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Business Applications, we are hiring a Salesforce Business Analyst. As our new Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work across business stakeholders and the Enterprise Applications team to translate go-to-market needs into practical Salesforce solutions. You will bring business processes and technical delivery together, helping shape requirements, improve workflows, and support Salesforce configuration and implementation across the organization. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute beyond gathering requirements and documenting processes, helping ensure solutions meet business needs and make effective use of Salesforce capabilities.

This is a remote role open to candidates based anywhere in the United States.

Technical breadth. You will work across Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Revenue Cloud, while helping improve workflows, data quality, and the overall user experience.

As our new Salesforce Business Analyst, you will

• Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to understand go-to-market requirements, assess current processes, and identify opportunities to improve how teams work. You will turn those needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and practical solution recommendations.
• Shape and support solution delivery. You will work closely with developers, administrators, and other Enterprise Applications team members to design and deliver Salesforce solutions. You will contribute hands-on to configuration and help ensure solutions make effective use of standard Salesforce capabilities.
• Improve processes and data quality. You will analyze workflows, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and help implement changes that improve business processes and the quality of Salesforce data. You will also support reporting and dashboard requirements to help teams access useful business information.
• Support testing and adoption. You will help plan and coordinate user acceptance testing, validate that solutions meet business requirements, and investigate issues as they arise. You will also contribute to documentation, training, and change management to help users adopt new functionality and processes.

You bring

• The business analysis skills. You can work with stakeholders to understand business needs, assess processes, and translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution specifications. You know how to ask the right questions and connect business objectives with practical technical solutions.
• The Salesforce knowledge. You understand Salesforce functionality, including standard and custom objects, relationships, reports, dashboards, automation, and access controls. You can contribute directly to Salesforce configuration and help deliver solutions that make effective use of out-of-the-box capabilities.
• The delivery experience. You have experience supporting solution delivery through testing, validation, and implementation. You can work with technical teams to resolve issues, assess data quality, and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• The communication and collaboration skills. You can build relationships with stakeholders across business and technical teams, explain technical concepts clearly, and keep work moving through competing priorities. You bring a practical, collaborative approach to solving problems and improving processes.
• A Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator certification is considered an asset.
