Position: Oncologist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $350–$450/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Create realistic oncology tasks and scenarios, focusing on clinical trials to expose weaknesses in AI model responses.
• Evaluate AI-generated clinical reasoning for accuracy and alignment with standard-of-care guidelines.
• Identify flawed logic and unsafe recommendations in model outputs.
• Provide structured expert responses reflecting real clinical decision-making.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• MD or DO with fellowship in medical oncology or hematology/oncology.
• Currently practicing in the United States or has done so within the past 3+ years.
• Ability to articulate clinical reasoning clearly in written form.
