Pax8 is hiring a Manager of Solutions Consulting - Google in the United States to lead our Google category, accelerate partner growth across Google Workspace, Google Cloud and Gemini, and help shape the next chapter of our intelligent cloud marketplace.

You'll combine commercial ownership with hands-on partner leadership, establishing how Pax8 takes Google solutions to market while personally developing some of our most strategic relationships. As the category grows, you'll build capability around you and create the operating rhythm that turns an ambitious launch into a scalable business.

🎯 What You'll Own 

• Lead the Google growth strategy, turning ambitious commercial goals into a focused business plan across Google Workspace, Google Cloud and Gemini. 

• Own category performance, bringing discipline to revenue, pipeline, forecasting and partner activation while identifying opportunities to accelerate growth. 

• Stay close to the action, personally developing and transacting with strategic partners during the launch phase and demonstrating what great partner engagement looks like. 

• Build and develop a high-performing consulting team, creating a coaching culture with clear expectations, purposeful pipeline reviews and consistent operating rhythms. 

• Connect the Google opportunity, creating an effective path between Google Workspace and Gemini opportunities and the Google Cloud and Gemini motion. 

• Bring the wider Google portfolio together, working across existing Chrome Enterprise Premium and Cameyo coverage to create a consistent partner experience. 

• Strengthen the Google relationship, translating vendor priorities into compelling partner opportunities and providing clear visibility into results. 

• Create connected go-to-market execution, partnering with Account Management and Marketing to align campaigns, sales activity and partner engagement. 

• Accelerate partner migrations, building an effective Change of Channel motion that identifies the right opportunities and delivers a smooth partner transition. 

• Remove barriers to growth, bringing the right teams together to resolve marketplace, transaction and enablement challenges. 

• Create visibility and accountability, communicating category performance and turning insights into clear actions for the next stage of growth.

⭐ What You'll Bring 

We're looking for a commercially minded leader who is equally comfortable building the strategy, coaching a team and getting directly involved with partners. 

You'll bring: 

• Must-have Google experience, with direct exposure to the Google ecosystem through selling Google solutions, working with Google products and services, supporting Google partners or customers, and/or a strong understanding of Google licensing and commercial models. 

• Extensive business-to-business sales experience, ideally developed within cloud technology, software as a service, or technology channel environments. 

• Proven leadership of quota-carrying sales or consulting teams, with a strong approach to coaching, accountability and capability building. 

• Demonstrated success balancing personal commercial ownership with people leadership, particularly in fast-moving or developing markets. 

• Strong commercial fluency across both per-user licensing and consumption-based cloud models. 

• Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to become a trusted partner to senior customers and vendors. 

• Excellent forecasting discipline, with the ability to turn customer relationship management data and pipeline insight into confident commercial decisions. 

• A builder's mindset, with the curiosity and resilience to create structure, solve new problems and adapt as the Google category evolves. 

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
