Responsibilities:
  • Review, classify and resolve standard HRIT incidents, service requests and user questions related to SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS and other HR applications, ensuring accurate and timely ticket documentation.
  • Support standard U.S. employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, rehires, employee status changes, transfers, work-location and employee-classification changes, leave-related updates and terminations.
  • Collect relevant information, perform initial analysis and escalate complex system, configuration, permission, data or integration issues to the appropriate HRIT Analyst, IT team or external vendor.
  • Perform approved system maintenance, access changes, reference-data updates and recurring system checks in accordance with established procedures and controls.
  • Prepare and validate data files, execute approved imports and support data-quality, reconciliation and correction activities in cooperation with HR Operations and other process owners.
  • Execute functional, regression and user-acceptance testing; document results and defects; and support release-readiness, deployment and post-go-live stabilisation activities.
  • Support HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, People Analytics and other HR functions with standard system questions and guidance.
  • Maintain user instructions, knowledge articles, support procedures and system documentation to strengthen effective handoffs and escalation between HR Operations, HRIT and technical teams.
  • Identify recurring issues, repeated manual corrections, duplicate data entry and opportunities for improved self-service, standardisation and sustainable process improvement.
  • Support HRIT projects and system enhancements through requirements documentation, testing, action tracking, data preparation and post-go-live support.
  • Work with colleagues across Global HRIT, HR, IT and external partners while applying global standards and appropriately documenting U.S.-specific requirements.
Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Strong service orientation, communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee data responsibly and work effectively in an international, remote or hybrid team.
  • Exposure to U.S. employee lifecycle processes, HR Operations, payroll or benefits dependencies, or support for a multi-state employee population.

Preferred

  • Initial experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, iCIMS or another HR application.
