  • Lead and manage the renewal process, including pricing discussions and contract negotiations, for those customers going out to RFP/RFI for renewal.

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to align on strategic account plans and customer objectives.

  • Understand customer business models, usage trends, and product adoption to inform growth strategies.

  • Maintain accurate forecasts and updates in Salesforce or CRM.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support teams.

  • Qualifications

  • High emotional intelligence (EQ); skilled at building trust and handling objections diplomatically.

  • Strong analytical mindset; ability to leverage customer data and product usage insights.

  • Comfortable with contract terms and commercial discussions.

  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Gainsight, or equivalent).

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B healthcare companies

  • Experience working in a CS-led or post-sale sales model.

  • Understanding of the healthcare landscape and customer pain points.
