Job description

Are you energized by turning complex, fast-moving operations into scalable, repeatable results? In this role, you will serve as the business owner for our growing BlinkRx partnership and the driving force behind the initiatives that move our fertility and specialty-lite pharmacy business forward. You will wear many hats — part business owner, part program leader, part product thinker — partnering directly with senior leaders to design better ways of working and deliver measurable impact across the enterprise.

Own the BlinkRx business

  • Act as the primary business owner and day-to-day point of accountability for the growing BlinkRx relationship by providing responsive account management services and partnering on innovation.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between BlinkRx, operations, and enterprise partners — including timely implementation of new drugs and services.
  • Track to volume expectations, surface risks early, and recommend solutions that drive performance to meet and exceed our BlinkRx financial forecast.

Lead key initiatives and programs

  • Lead and manage highly complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, keeping stakeholders aligned on scope, timeline, and value.
  • Identify and facilitate growth projects, then drive the work that makes them stick — sustainable, repeatable, and measurable.
  • Partner with senior leaders to prioritize the most impactful work, aligned with business strategy, and provide clear, regular updates on project status and results.

Strengthen strategic execution and business performance

  • Partner with sales, ops, product and other business leaders to accomplish growth, margin and expense goals
  • Explore how new tools and technologies can support and reengineer how we work.
  • Represent our fertility pharmacies in the enterprise cross-functionally in related bodies of work or where opportunities can help drive success

Required qualifications

  • Extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or business operations, ideally in pharmacy, healthcare, or a regulated environment.
  • Proven ability to own a key business relationship or P&L-adjacent outcome and deliver growth.
  • Strong background in process analysis, improvement, and change management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including with senior leaders.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-growing business.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in program/project management or product management within specialty or fertility pharmacy.
  • Familiarity with benchmarking, business process reengineering, or process-driven systems requirements.
  • A recognized voice and thought leader who can represent the organization internally and externally.

This is a rare, broad role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business ownership, program leadership, and continuous improvement. You’ll help define new standards of excellence for our fertility and specialty pharmacy business — and you’ll do it alongside a leadership team that values initiative, clarity, and impact.
