About the Role:

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented team member to join our office operations as a Mail Room Clerk. In this role, you'll play a critical part in managing the flow of physical documents through printing, filing, and mail distribution. You'll ensure all materials are organized, accurately handled, and delivered to the right place at the right time. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys routine, takes pride in precision, and understands the importance of supporting the broader team behind the scenes. What You'll Do:

• Mail Handling: Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages daily.
• Document Printing: Operate printers and copiers to produce hard copies of documents as requested by internal teams.
• Prepare and Ship: Prepare packages for shipment and make regular trips to post office or shipping centers.
• Filing & Organization: Maintain orderly filing systems (physical and/or digital) and ensure documents are accurately stored and easily retrievable.
• Inventory Monitoring: Track and restock mailroom and printing supplies as needed.
• Clerical Support: Assist with other administrative tasks such as scanning, labeling, and basic data entry.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with departments to ensure timely delivery of printed materials and filed documents.
  Upkeep: Keep the mailroom and filing areas tidy, organized, and functional.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience: Previous experience in an office, mailroom, or administrative setting is a plus but not required.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Communication Skills: Able to follow instructions and communicate clearly with coworkers.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using basic office equipment like Mac computers, Google Suite, printers, copiers, and filing systems.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have access to transportation to complete regular errands such as trips to the post office, shipping centers, or local vendors.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift packages (up to 30 lbs) and be on your feet periodically throughout the day.
• Team Player: Willingness to pitch in wherever needed to support the team where needed

Compensation

• Anticipated compensation range of $43,680-$47,840 paid on an hourly basis, eligible for overtime earnings.
• Eligible to participate in company bonus plan
