The role builds the self-service cloud portal, APIs, integrations, and automation workflows that enable application and product teams to provision and manage cloud environments securely and consistently across Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and other approved cloud platforms.

Working with cloud architects, infrastructure engineers, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Operations, the engineer delivers reusable platform capabilities, developer tooling, and shared services through modern software engineering and DevSecOps practices. The role focuses on full-stack software delivery; cloud infrastructure engineering skills, including Terraform, networking, and security automation, are strongly preferred to support integration with and development of underlying cloud foundations.

What you will do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack cloud platform solutions, including responsive self-service portals and backend services.
  • Build scalable APIs, data models, and automated workflows to enable seamless cloud onboarding, provisioning, access management, and decommissioning.
  • Deliver secure, reliable, and scalable applications by adhering to modern architecture principles and software engineering best practices.
  • Integrate cloud platforms with enterprise ecosystems, including CI/CD, Identity Management, ITSM, policy, observability, and cost-management tools.
  • Leverage Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) to automate provisioning, enforce governance policies, and streamline cloud operations.
  • Develop reusable services, templates, and developer toolsthat accelerate cloud adoption, improve user experience, and reduce manual effort.
  • Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, automated testing, secure coding practices, source control, and continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Enhance platform reliability and operational visibility by implementing monitoring, logging, telemetry, troubleshooting, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and global stakeholders to define requirements, manage dependencies, and deliver high-impact platform initiatives.
  • Continuously improve platform performance, adoption, and developer productivity through data-driven insights, user feedback, knowledge sharing, and innovation.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field preferred; relevant years of professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 5-8 years of experience building and delivering scalable full-stack applications and enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong expertise in modern front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue) and backend development using Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python.
  • Proven experience designing and integrating REST APIs, microservices, and relational/NoSQL databases in cloud environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, secure coding practices, and modern DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience deploying and managing cloud-native applications with expertise in authentication, authorization, monitoring, and observability.
  • Strong Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) experience, including reusable modules, provisioning pipelines, governance, and automated deployments.
  • Deep understanding of Azure/AWS cloud services, networking, security, containers, Kubernetes, serverless technologies, and infrastructure automation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams to build self-service platforms, developer portals, and cloud solutions that enhance productivity and operational excellence.
