2D/3D Motion Designer - Remote In-house role - Gaming Client

We’re a social and end-to-end content production agency. Since 2008 we’ve been building an integrated, digital-first offering that combines content excellence with channel best practice to drive performance across our client base.

As a values-driven agency, our people are our power. We stay ahead of the game by hiring smart thinkers and giving them back what they put in: through rapid progression, industry-leading benefits and a culture which has been named in Campaign’s Best Places to Work for 8 years running.

We’re looking for a 2D/3D Motion Designer to join a new in-house team at one of our top clients.

Embedded within our client's organisation, you'll have the best of both worlds – access to learning from one of the biggest gaming companies in the world, with all the benefits and perks of eight&four agency culture.

• You'll be an ideas-driven Creative, who’s able to work independently and with a range of different client stakeholders.
• You’re used to being a challenger, always pushing for the best creative results that ladders back to strategic objectives.
• You have proven experience creating high-performing motion graphics and video content for performance marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of platform best practices
• You’re a creative champion with a strategic mind who knows how to tell a compelling story with a commercial message.
• You know how to balance user experience and storytelling with business objectives into engaging content.
• You inspire all those around you.
• You're calm under pressure, mature in tricky situations, and a problem solver both in your work and when work isn't going to plan.

You must have strong interest in AI and emerging technologies, and hands-on experience already working with AI tools. This role requires someone who is curious, proactive and confident using AI to enhance creative thinking and execution, particularly within video production. Experience with AI is not theoretical - we’re looking for someone who has actively explored and applied these tools as part of their creative workflow.

The main AI software and platforms currently utilised for video production include Google Gemini / Nanobanana, ChatGPT, Arcads, Mirage, and Layer. Experience with these tools (or closely related platforms) is highly valued, alongside a thoughtful perspective on how AI can support creativity, production efficiency and innovation without replacing craft or quality.

In short, you're a professional grown-up – excellent at your craft, and a solid team player for what will be an expansive team.
