Our India Finance team looks after accounting, finance and compliance functions of 3 Indian companies that are part of HealthEdge group. We have 4600+ employees in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Trivandrum, Chennai, Coimbatore, Kochi and Pune in product development, DevOps, TechOps and Technical Services.

What you will do:

• Preparation and posting Payroll, accrued compensation and prepaid expenses for our group companies.
• Support during Audit and basic knowledge in preparation of financial statements & Audit deliverables.
• Interact with payroll, HR teams to collect information relevant for the accounting & reporting.

What you bring:

• Proactive work ethic, work prioritization ability, requiring minimal supervision or follow-ups
• 3-4 years of experience working in team handling core accounting operations from payroll point of view (Record to Report processes)
• Familiarity with preparation of

Account balances reconciliations, Month End reporting

• Ability to use accounting software. Prior experience of Netsuite will be a plus.
• Experience using tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, GreytHR, Workday Payroll software, Teams, SharePoint.
• Proficiency with reading, speaking and writing in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Great team player and collaborates well in both office-based or work-from-home environment.
• Experience in technology companies / offshore development centres / GCCs a plus.
• Semi-qualified candidates not appearing for CA / CS / CMA exams or Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or Business Administration
