- Invoice processing: raise and post customer invoices and credit notes in Sage 200, making sure they are accurate and coordinate with the UK AR team to ensure that they go out on time
- Partnering with the UK AR team: work as an extension of the team, managing processing and admin so collections run smoothly
- Credit control coordination: work with Sales, Service, Operations and Project teams to get the information, approvals and POs needed to bill and collect promptly
- Reporting and analysis: prepare aged debtor reports, collections trackers, reconciliations and management packs for the Treasury Manager
- Ledger maintenance: support cash allocation and sales ledger reconciliations, and keep customer data in Sage accurate
- Month-end and audit: contribute to AR month-end close and audit requests
- Projects: take on analysis and improvement projects across Treasury and AR
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing or finance operations
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to work with stakeholders across countries
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS, clear report formatting) and confidence working with large datasets.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle high transaction volumes accurately
- Proactive and well organised, comfortable working independently with a UK-based manager
Desirable, but Not Essential
- Hands-on experience with Sage 200 (or other Sage products)
- Experience supporting UK, European or US entities
- Familiarity with multi-currency invoicing and VAT
Working Hours
Your hours will overlap with UK business hours so you can work closely with the UK team. [10:30–19:30 IST]
