Your Role

This role starts with a solid foundation in People Operations and Onboarding (~60%), combined with focused, full-cycle recruiting for 2–4 critical US roles (~40%). Prepare for a steep learning curve where you will flex between talent acquisition and meticulous people operations, shaping the future of GotPhoto’s US presence.

What You’ll Do

• Architect the Onboarding Experience: Lead the "Day 0 to Day 90" journey for all US hires.

• Master People Operations & Compliance: Maintain absolute data integrity in our HRIS, coordinate payroll touchpoints, and support US-wide compliance and documentation across all 50 states.

• Drive Targeted US Talent Acquisition: Own full-cycle recruiting for 2–4 concurrent roles. You won't just post ads; you’ll manage effective recruitment processes, ensure a strong candidate experience, and act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers.

• Elevate Hiring Rigor & Strategy: Coach hiring managers on structured, bias-aware interviewing, lead decisive debriefs, and use market data to influence hiring strategy.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in agency recruiting, full-cycle in-house recruiting, or a hybrid People Ops/Talent role in the US market.

• Recruitment Expertise: A track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes, engaging candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to make high-quality hiring decisions.

• Operational Foundation: Hands-on experience with onboarding logistics, HRIS management, and US employment basics.

• Tech Fluency: Experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever), HRIS platforms, and collaborative tools like Google Workspace and Slack.
