What you will do

Our Solutions Engineers help hotel groups, management companies and chains understand what Lighthouse can do for them and prove the return. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will lead that work across EMEA and APAC: running technical discovery, delivering demos that tell the right story, and shaping solutions that are ready to deliver.

Solutions Engineering at Lighthouse is a collaborative process. We deeply understand customer challenges and use our technology to create tailored solutions. You will work with Sales, Services, Product and Engineering, as part of Revenue Excellence alongside Enablement and Sales Automation.

Where you will have impact

Win deals in EMEA and APAC

• Use AI as a force multiplier. Lean on AI tools to prepare for discovery, tailor demos to each customer's business case and speed up RFP and RFI responses. Push back when the tools get it wrong and help make the system smarter.
• Run technical discovery with Sales to understand business drivers, risks and technical requirements, and map our solutions to them.
• Deliver confident technical presentations and demos across our portfolio, including Business Intelligence, Custom Reporting, Rate Insight, Benchmark Insight, Market Insight, Parity Insight, THN and DaaS.
• Lead RFP and RFI responses from start to finish.

Build solutions that deliver

• Build custom dashboards in Google Looker using Salesforce data, and custom data in Custom Reporting.
• Write Statements of Work for customized product development.
• Work with Implementation, Support and Customer Success so solutions are deliverable and timelines are achievable.

Strengthen the team and the product

• Deliver training and product support to customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Share field feedback with Product Management on current products and input on new ones.
•  Keep management informed with timely activity reports, bid reviews, forecasts and progress against KPIs.

About our team

Revenue Excellence supports a Revenue organization of 150+ sales professionals in 24 countries. Solutions Engineering works beside Enablement and Sales Automation so sellers can win with the right technical story. You will be part of a collaborative team across AMERS, EMEA and APAC to ensure the technical fit and demo process leads to winning business and driving productivity.

Who you are

• You have 5–7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, presales or a similar technical, customer-facing role.
• You know hospitality commercial functions (revenue management, sales, distribution and data analytics) and how RMS, PMS and CRS fit together.
• You've run discovery, demos and proof-of-value, and completed RFPs and RFIs, working in close alignment with Sales.
• You can scope a solution and estimate time and resurces reliably.
• You understand integration methods, data transfer, solution architecture and data visualization, as well as SaaS and DaaS delivery models.
• You communicate clearly, in writing and in person, and can explain deal scope, impact and business outcomes.
• You juggle several priorities comfortably and enjoy working with APAC customers.
• You treat AI tools as a core part of how you work, not a novelty. You adopt new tooling quickly and bend it to your style, from account research to demo preparation to RFP drafting.
