Senior Automation QA (C#) Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AQA Engineer with C# to join our team!

We are developing a modern B2B platform for the automotive industry, designed to digitize and simplify complex business processes. The solution connects different stages of the automotive service and procurement journey, replacing fragmented and manual activities with more streamlined digital workflows. The project operates in the European market and is designed for further growth and scalability. This is an AI-first project with extensive use of AI DLC practices.

Responsibilities:

• Writing automated test scripts to verify and validate that the new software meets the business needs
• Gaining a strong understanding of the business operation
• Recording and monitoring QA test results
• Enhancing existing automation back-end and front-end framework
• Providing coaching support to others in the QA team
• Providing QA effort estimates in work refinement sessions
• Helping to drive the test automation strategy across the business
• Running performance tests and ensuring that the results meet established levels
• Assisting in the user acceptance test (UAT) process by helping end users understand how to use the software
• Test planning activities and stream ownership
• AI-driven mindset and readiness.
• Be an active member of the Scrum team, improving processes and ensuring that the team delivers on their commitment

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Strong practical knowledge of C#/.NET, including the ability to write and maintain automated tests using C#.
• Experience with RestSharp.
• Experience with TypeScript and Playwright.
• Experience in REST and SOAP API testing.
• Experience with test data creation.
• Experience in exploratory testing and Agile testing practices.
• Experience with Git.
• Knowledge of industry-standard QA processes, testing practices, tools, and techniques.
• Experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum.
• Upper-Intermediate English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with AI-assisted development and testing practices, including MCP servers, `.md` files, and building AI-related ecosystems.
• An AI-first mindset and interest in exploring new AI tools and technologies.
• Experience working with enterprise-level customers and in medium-to-large development teams.
• Experience using Jira as an SDLC management tool.
• Active involvement in the development community, such as contributing to blogs, open-source projects, or researching new technologies.
