We're looking for a Requirements Engineer to join our team and work on a project for one of our long-standing clients – a company providing cutting-edge IT services for financial institutions.

In this role, you will:

• analyze and model business processes, co-create detailed project requirements,

• support client and internal teams in planning and managing IT projects,

• collaborate with developers and testers in an agile (SCRUM) environment,

• define acceptance criteria, create test scenarios, ensure solution quality,

• identify and evaluate risks, support continuous service and process improvement.

You're a great fit if you:

• have a technical or business degree and experience in IT projects as an analyst,

• can understand and explain complex systems clearly and effectively,

• speak both German and English fluently (at least B2/C1),

• are communicative, analytical, and enjoy working in a team,

• nice to have: experience in finance, banking, leasing, or payment industries.
