Job Summary

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Support, manage, develop, implement and deliver the plan via key strategies to aid the overall success of the business.
• Resolve complex queries-errors and ensure problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Analysis of business performance and results in sales and comparison of results with defined outcomes.
• Coordinate, plan and implement measures as well as assisting in projects.
• Support the implementation of sales initiatives, networks, events and systems, execute the liaison between the field and internal areas on customers issues and maintaining management data in systems.
• Support specific and more complex customer management activities.
• Prepare customer reports and other information for key meetings.
• Investigate research-analysis around potential business development opportunities.
• Carry out tasks, such as the preparation of customer reports, to support the implementation of projects to time and quality standards.
• Work with Sales and Distribution teams to ensure effective on-going sales performance.
