In this role, you will design and prototype AI solutions that address real actuarial challenges, then partner with IT to bring them to enterprise scale. You will grow as an AI subject matter expert in a highly regulated and impactful domain, working alongside actuaries, business stakeholders and technology teams across the Group. What you will do

• Design and prototype AI/ML solutions that address key actuarial business challenges.
• Translate prototypes and business needs into clear technical requirements for IT delivery teams.
• Act as AI/ML subject matter expert, partnering with IT throughout the build lifecycle.
• Maintain and evolve prototypes, and support future enhancements of AI solutions during BAU.
• Collaborate with actuaries and business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI opportunities.

What you bring

• Solid experience in data science and machine learning, with strong prototyping skills.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into AI solutions and technical requirements.
• Experience collaborating with IT or engineering teams to bring solutions to production.
• Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the insurance or actuarial domain is a strong plus.
