Job description

Minimum 7 years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle CC&B and/or Oracle Utilities CCS / C2M with a deep focus on billing and rate engine logic.Minimum 5 years of experience using SQL to query Oracle Utilities data models and investigate billing calculation issues, integration discrepancies, or data quality defects.Minimum 3 years of experience in a billing triage, defect analysis, or test lead role on an Oracle Utilities implementation or upgrade project.Minimum 2 years of experience with JIRA or equivalent defect tracking tools and Power BI or equivalent reporting tools in a project delivery context.Minimum 1 year of experience with AMI/interval data processing or NESB billing logic in an Oracle Utilities environment.Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years' work experience.
