  • Own assigned month-end close tasks and support consolidations.

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the completeness and accuracy of accruals.

  • Review GL accounting work prepared by our offshore accounting team for completeness and accuracy.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly internal management reporting for CFO review.

  • Support the annual external audit and quarterly reviews by executing SOX controls, providing external auditors with deliverables, and responding to audit inquiries.

  • Advance AI/automation initiatives by actively improving processes through the use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or other automation tools.

  • Support M&A transaction accounting and the integration of acquired entities.

Your experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of professional accounting experience in both external audit and industry.

  • Active CPA license is required.

  • Solid working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines.

  • Experience with large ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
