Role Overview 

The Product Leader, Media will own the strategy and evolution of products that help clients plan, measure, and optimize media investments. This role will connect media exposure, consumer behavior, and business outcomes across channels, delivering solutions that enable advertisers, agencies, retailers, and media partners to improve performance and demonstrate impact. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Define the media product strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities. 

• Lead the development of media planning, measurement, attribution, and optimization capabilities. 

• Identify solutions that connect media activity with sales, consumer behavior, and business outcomes. 

• Partner with data science and engineering teams to operationalize measurement methodologies. 

• Engage advertisers, agencies, retailers, publishers, and platforms to understand evolving needs. 

• Support product commercialization, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market activities. 

• Monitor developments across digital, television, social, retail media, and emerging channels. 

• Establish performance measures for product adoption, client outcomes, and revenue growth. 

• Represent Circana’s media product vision with senior clients and industry partners. 

Requirements 

• Significant experience in media, media measurement, AdTech, MarTech, analytics, or product management. 

• Knowledge of media planning, attribution, incrementality, optimization, and performance measurement. 

• Understanding of advertiser, agency, retailer, publisher, and platform needs. 

• Experience launching and scaling enterprise data or analytics products. 

• Strong commercial and strategic leadership capabilities. 

• Executive-level communication and client engagement skills. 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Location: US Remote

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $268,000 USD to $282,000. 

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
