A fast-growing technology consultancy specializing in enterprise content management and digital transformation, we partner with global enterprises to architect, deploy, and optimize scalable OpenText xECM solutions. Our consultants enable clients to streamline document governance, automate records management, and unify digital processes across ERP, CRM, and legacy systems—delivering measurable ROI through intelligent content automation.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement OpenText xECM solutions tailored to enterprise document management, retention, and compliance needs.
• Integrate xECM with SAP, SharePoint, Salesforce, or other business applications to enable seamless content lifecycle management.
• Customize metadata schemas, workflow rules, and security policies using OpenText APIs and scripting tools.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements, map business processes, and define content governance frameworks.
• Perform system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for xECM environments (on-prem/cloud).
• Deliver training, documentation, and post-go-live support to ensure client adoption and system sustainability.
