Forward Deployed Product Manager

Location: Remote (US)

Pay: $160,000–$220,000 + bonus + equity

A late-stage, venture-backed enterprise AI company needs a PM who works in the field. You own the outcome for each customer's AI deployment, from scoping before the deal closes to tuning after launch.

What you'll do

• Own customer outcomes and the metrics that prove them

• Run deployments end to end with forward deployed engineers

• Design, test and refine AI agents with the team

• Be the main customer contact and run working sessions

• Improve the playbook every deployment follows

What you bring

• 5+ years, including complex customer deployments

• Comfortable owning senior stakeholders

• Technical, systems-level thinking, with hands-on agent building (side projects count)

• Bias to action in unclear situations

• Travel about 10 to 15%

Nice to have: product, conversation design or forward deployed engineering background; time at a high-growth SaaS company
