Support the Product Owner in optimising and ordering the product backlog, writing and splitting user stories, shaping product vision and release planning.
Remove impediments and facilitate open communication between the Scrum team and other stakeholders.
Improve engineering processes and implement changes that increase the team’s productivity.
Help the team use Scrum logs, metrics and charts effectively, and lead the adoption of Scrum among stakeholders.

A track record of improvement: you have introduced at least 3 improvements to how your team works in the last 12 months.
Real involvement in the business context and goals behind the team’s work.
Experience with SharePoint development projects is a strong advantage.
