Job description

Description

Acclaim is a voice-first AI platform for customer experience in industries such as banking, fintech, insurance, healthcare and consumer lifestyle products.

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager for the Acclaim AI platform: the infrastructure, studio, agentic and speech layers that our voice-first AI agents are built on.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a product manager in platform, infrastructure or AI platform products.
  • High autonomy: you take a goal, drive discussions, build the process around it, and come back with the next strategic question without being chased.
  • Strong cross-cutting prioritization: you have turned chaos into goals, priorities and a roadmap, and you know the frameworks and how to align stakeholders around them.
  • Portfolio ownership: you have run two or more products or teams at the same time, not one after another.
  • Working knowledge of how AI agents are built: orchestration, routing, intent detection, reasoning patterns such as ReAct, RAG. You have worked with evals and understand why they matter.
  • Clear written and spoken communication with executives, engineers and commercial teams.
  • English - professional working level.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience managing other product managers.
  • Hands-on experience with voice or speech AI products.
  • Experience with developer-facing products: APIs, SDKs, usage-based pricing.
  • Experience in enterprise B2B or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

  • Own platform strategy, priorities and roadmap across multiple teams. Turn competing requests into a ranked plan with clear goals that an executive can read once and understand.
  • Align stakeholders from different departments on trade-offs, and keep the teams focused on right priorities.
  • Run several teams or product areas, and step in hands-on where needed.
  • Define and track platform metrics like business results, reliability and quality (SLA), time to deploy a new agent, and the delivery effort needed per client.
  • Work with engineering on agent architecture, speech, guardrails and evals: shape requirements and take part in technical discussions as an equal.
  • Help decide which platform capabilities grow into standalone products.
  • Set up the product process and team structure as the platform scales, and take over cross-cutting product work from the leadership team step by step.

What we offer

  • Ownership of the strategy and roadmap of a multi-layer AI platform, with direct access to the leadership team.
  • The chance to build the product process, roadmap and team structure of the platform during a growth stage, instead of inheriting them.
  • Work on the current AI stack: speech, agents, guardrails, evals.
  • Fully remote across Europe
  • 21 vacation days + public holidays + 5 sick days
  • Private English lessons via Preply
