Lead Python AI Developer

We're seeking a Lead Python Developer with substantial AI background to become part of our company. If you're someone who enjoys taking charge of complex problems while developing others and championing fresh ideas, this position provides real room for growth Responsibilities Direct the structural planning and construction of advanced software platforms, taking them from initial idea to full release Define the technical trajectory for projects, upholding consistency and standards across each stage of the build Partner with colleagues to break sizable efforts into clear, organized, manageable tasks Coach and support team members through code assessments, joint coding exercises, and technical dialogue Influence choices surrounding tooling, frameworks, and the overall technical game plan for active work Locate and eliminate roadblocks that slow progress or threaten the stability of systems Function as a reliable source for technical guidance, assisting colleagues in overcoming obstacles Take part in discussions that cross team boundaries to keep technical direction aligned with company-wide aims Keep documentation accurate and readily available so insights are shared smoothly throughout the group Consistently search for ways to strengthen existing workflows, tools, and system capability Requirements At least 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in a similar technical position A minimum of one year spent directing and managing development teams Strong grounding in backend API creation, working in Python, TypeScript, or both to deliver reliable, scalable services Hands-on background applying AWS cloud tools in conjunction with Terraform to set up and manage infrastructure as code Real-world experience crafting user interfaces using ReactJS or Angular to produce responsive, user-centered front-end features Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted coding platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code to speed up and support development Confident English communication abilities at a B2 level or higher Nice to have Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, working directly with clients to tailor and implement solutions suited to their particular environments Knowledge of Specification Driven Development (SDD), using thorough upfront documentation to direct and organize the development workflow
