About the Role:

As a Supplier Outreach Associate, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our operations team by maintaining and enhancing relationships with our supplier network. Your primary responsibilities will involve validating supplier information, confirming product availability and pricing, and ensuring accurate data is communicated to our internal team. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, attention to detail, and enjoy building professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Communication: Conduct daily outreach to suppliers (approximately 150 calls per day) to verify product availability, pricing, and other relevant details.

• Data Validation: Ensure that supplier information is accurate and up-to-date in our internal systems.

• Information Gathering: Collect and confirm details required by your team/sr.associates to prepare accurate quotes/orders for our customers.

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers to facilitate efficient communication and collaboration.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the estimation and procurement teams to relay supplier information and support the operations process.

• Documentation: Accurately record call notes, supplier responses, and other pertinent information in our systems.

 

What You'll Bring

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in customer service, procurement, or a related field (internships included).

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in verifying information and ensuring data accuracy.

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. 

• Educational Background: College coursework in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.

• Proactive Attitude: Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to team success.
