Job description

fal is the generative media ecosystem powering the next generation of AI products. We build the infrastructure, tools, and model access that teams need to move from idea to production, and do it at scale without compromise. For developers and enterprises, fal is the foundation that makes generative media not just possible, but practical: a unified platform where high-performance inference, orchestration, and observability come together to unlock new categories of AI-native products.

As generative media reshapes industries across a market projected to grow by hundreds of billions over the next decade, fal is becoming the ecosystem that ambitious teams build on.

About the role

Our Account Management team protects and grows fal's revenue after the first deal. As our Account Manager for EMEA, you'll own the relationship with existing customers across the region, from high-growth startups to some of our largest European accounts. You'll run renewals and recontracting, find new workloads, and handle every contract in your book.

Location: Istanbul, Turkey (remote, full-time contractor)

Territory: Europe, Middle East & Africa

What you'll do

  • Drive retention and growth: run renewal cycles so they close on time, with larger commitments where it makes sense.

  • Expand accounts: find new teams, use cases and workloads inside existing customers, and introduce new fal models and capabilities.

  • Own the contract lifecycle: handle each renewal from first outreach through negotiation, signature and execution, including EU legal, security and DPA reviews.

  • Know customer value: explain fal's impact, usage and ROI to customer stakeholders through regular business reviews.

  • Manage a mixed book: prioritise across many smaller, usage-based accounts and a handful of large, strategic ones.

  • Forecast and report: keep forecasts accurate and Salesforce current; work SF overlap hours with US-based teams.

  • Improve the playbook: follow our processes and help adapt them to EMEA markets.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in SaaS account management, renewals or customer success with a quota or retention target.

  • Experience managing customers across several EMEA countries.

  • Strong negotiation, deal-structuring and contract-management skills, including legal and security reviews.

  • A record of growing accounts by finding new workloads and negotiating commercial terms.

  • Clear communication; you build trust with engineers and executives alike.

  • Organised enough to run a large renewal book across time zones.

  • Professional fluency in English. Turkish, German, French or Arabic is a plus.

  • Salesforce proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Background in AI platforms, cloud or data infrastructure.

  • Experience with consumption or usage-based pricing.

What we offer

  • Competitive cash compensation, paid in USD

  • Equity

  • Regular travel to customers across EMEA and to our San Francisco HQ, expenses covered

  • Team events and offsites

  • Interesting, challenging work with a lot of room to grow
