This listing is for one paid task in the Kled app: "Narrate What You Are Doing While You Do It". There is no interview and no minimum hours: download the app, open the task, and you are paid per accepted submission.

What you will do

Film any everyday task with your hands in shot, and say out loud what you're doing as you do it.

Steps

1. Prop your phone or hang it round your neck so your hands are in shot

2. Start recording in Kled and begin the task

3. Say what you are doing as you do it, 'now I'm loosening this screw', 'this bit always sticks'

4. Keep going to the end without stopping the recording

5. Upload

What gets rejected

• Do not narrate afterwards, talk while you work

• Do not stop and restart the recording

• Do not film with your hands out of shot

• Do not read from a script

Accepted: One unbroken take, hands visible throughout, continuous speech describing the action as it happens.

Pay

$2.60 per accepted clip. At a typical pace of about 7 minutes per clip, that is about $22 per hour. A 20-minute session of about 3 clips pays about $7.80. One clip of 3 to 5 minutes per submission. You are paid per accepted submission (piecework, independent contractor); submissions that break the rules are not paid. Payouts are made in the app (PayPal, Venmo or a Solana wallet).

Where and when

Open worldwide: the task runs in 100+ countries. Remote, on your own schedule. Independent contractor, piecework; this is not an employment position.

What you need

• An iPhone running iOS 18.6 or later (the Kled app is iPhone-only right now)

• 18 or older

• Somewhere to prop your phone so it sees your hands and the work

How to start

1. Download Kled from the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/kled/id6752585718 (also at kled.ai/app).

2. Create your account and open Tasks.

3. Search "Narrate What You Are Doing While You Do It", read the brief and follow the on-screen steps.

4. Submit. Accepted submissions are paid in the app.
