Overview
Stelic is seeking a Client Solutions Lead to lead client engagement, translate business needs into analytics solutions, and own communication and follow-through. You will work with Stelic leadership and the Director of Analytics to turn client requests and leadership recommendations into defined requirements and next steps. You will also use AI tools to explore ideas, build prototypes, and explain solution concepts to the technical team.
This is not a software development or technical management role. The Director of Analytics leads the development team and owns technical execution.

This role does not supervise technical staff or set technical priorities or resource commitments, and programming, data engineering, and hands-on dashboard development are not required. You will own the client experience, business requirements, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities Client Engagement and Communication
• Lead client meetings, dashboard demonstrations, training sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
• Present project information to executives, project managers, and construction teams.
• Interpret schedule variance, cost trends, project risks, and performance indicators.
• Build client relationships and keep track of changing business needs.
• Own client communications, meeting outcomes, feedback, and follow-up commitments.
• Travel to client sites for meetings, demonstrations, training, and project work.

Business Analysis and Solution Development
• Gather, clarify, and document client and leadership requirements.
• Translate high-level ideas into solution concepts and functional requirements.
• Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to research solutions and build prototypes, mockups, and workflows.
• Work with the Analytics team to evaluate feasibility and refine proposed solutions.
• Apply project controls knowledge to recommend KPIs and reporting improvements.
• Check proposed solutions against business objectives and client expectations.

Coordination and Follow-Through
• Capture, organize, track, and communicate client requests and leadership recommendations.
• Maintain requirements documentation, action item logs, and status trackers.
• Coordinate with the Director of Analytics on priorities, technical commitments, and progress.
• Run coordination meetings and flag outstanding issues.
• Report progress, risks, and decisions that need leadership attention.
• Coordinate client reviews, testing, onboarding, and implementation.

Continuous Improvement and Business Growth
• Identify improvements to dashboard functionality, client adoption, and reporting.
• Build repeatable processes for client onboarding, requirements gathering, and demonstrations.
• Identify recurring client needs that could become standard Stelic analytics offerings.
• Support business development presentations, proposals, and client demonstrations.
• Identify opportunities to expand analytics services within existing accounts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project controls, construction consulting, business analysis, client solutions, or related professional services.
• Experience leading client meetings and presentations independently.
• Strong understanding of construction project controls, including scheduling, cost management, and performance reporting.
• Ability to interpret project information and explain its business implications.
• Experience translating ambiguous business needs into actionable requirements and solutions.
• Organized, accountable, and consistent in following through on commitments.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Experience using generative AI tools for business problem-solving, solution concepts, or workflow improvements.
• Ability to work with technical teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting large capital projects in data centers, life sciences, manufacturing, or commercial construction.
• Background in construction technology implementation, project controls consulting, or client-facing solutions consulting.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI, or comparable platforms as a business user.
• Experience developing AI-assisted prototypes or conceptual dashboards.
• Experience coordinating client requirements and solution implementation.
• Experience supporting account development or consultative sales.

• Health, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k) program with company match
• 20 days of PTO and 11 paid holidays
• Short-term and long-term disability
• Life Insurance
• Professional development and training support.

Work Environment • Remote-first with occasional travel across the United States.
• Portfolio-based role supporting several concurrent projects and clients.
