  • Lead sourcing strategy and category management, supplier scorecards, on-time delivery and lead-time visibility, and contract and terms management (MSAs and SLAs).
  • Build dedicated category management and sourcing engineering capability within a lean organization.
  • Own supply chain risk strategy, including geopolitical and tariff exposure, dual-sourcing, and the make-to-stock, make-to-order, and procure-to-forecast framework.
  • Establish and monitor core KPIs (on-time delivery, clear-to-build on-time performance, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, working capital, E&O dollars, stockout frequency, vendor scorecards, PPV, and cost savings.
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and coverage across the function, lead and develop the team through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
