Technical Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join EPAM and lead large-scale, business-critical engagements. This role is for a strong delivery professional who can balance customer needs, team leadership, and predictable execution. You will work with enterprise clients, manage cross-functional teams, and take ownership of end-to-end delivery — from resource planning and technical execution to overall performance and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of complex software programs across multiple teams Ensure predictable delivery in terms of scope, timeline, quality, and budget Establish and maintain delivery governance, metrics, KPIs, and reporting Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies Serve as the main point of contact for delivery-related matters Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders Manage expectations and escalations in a professional and structured way Align technical delivery with business objectives Lead and develop distributed, cross-functional teams Drive engagement, performance, and continuous improvement Support and mentor team leads and technical leaders Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability Manage delivery financials: forecasting, margins, and utilization Ensure cost control and efficient resource planning Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager / Program Manager Solid technical background and strong understanding of the software development lifecycle Experience managing large distributed teams and complex programs Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Understanding of project financials (P&L, margins, forecasting) Ability to work independently and take full ownership Advanced proficiency in English (B2+/C1) Nice to have Experience driving fixed price projects Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Experience in building and operation in AI SDLC framework: Agentic workflows, autonomous agents, AI Modernization, etc.
