Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy secure smart contracts using Solidity for the Ethereum blockchain ecosystem Architect and implement robust decentralized applications (dApps) and backend integration with smart contracts Conduct comprehensive code reviews, gas optimization, and thorough unit/integration testing for all blockchain components Collaborate closely with product, security, and front-end teams to ensure seamless integration and top-tier protocol performance Requirements 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on blockchain development and smart contracts Expert-level proficiency in Solidity and deep, hands-on experience with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and Ethereum ecosystem Proven track record of designing, auditing, and successfully deploying secure, production-grade smart contracts on mainnet Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, DeFi protocols, and Web3 security best practices Nice to have Experience with smart contract testing and development frameworks such as Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle Familiarity with Layer 2 scaling solutions (e.g., Arbitrum, Optimism, zk-Rollups) and cross-chain bridge technologies Contributions to open-source blockchain projects, developer tooling, or recognized security audit participation (e.g., bug bounties) Experience with zero-knowledge (ZK) proofs or alternative smart contract languages (e.g., Rust, Vyper)
