We are currently seeking a Migration Deployment DMW Coordinator to join our team in Remote Ottawa, ON Canada(CAN).

Job title: SAP Data Migration Deployment DMW Coordinator
Role Description:
- DMW Coordinator acts as the central anchor for the Data Migration / Data Migration Work package (DMW) preparation and approval process. The DMW Coordinator is the primary operational anchor and compliance gatekeeper across the entire production data loading lifecycle. They are responsible for driving the workflow across both the Shared Drive and Veeva systems through the following key functions:
- ❖Initiation & File Management:Prepares all cover sheets and places them in their respective folders in the shared drive to kick off the load plan (Step 1).
- ❖Document Compilation: Converts and creates PDFs with all necessary attachments included in the Shared Drive (Step 4).
- ❖System Upload & Security Setup: Uploads completed PDFs into Veeva (Step 5a) and executes necessary Veeva Security Scopes actions (Step 5b).
- ❖Workflow & Review Orchestration: Triggers both the CSV review process (Step 6a) and the final approval process (Step 6b) directly within Veeva.
- ❖Approval Ownership: Ensures full approval completion involving key stakeholders, including the Business Data Owner and CSV teams (Step 7).
- ❖Data Clean up & Compliance:Manages data lifecycle compliance by ensuring the local copy of the DMW isdeleted from the shared drive once approved (Step 8).

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for Canada-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is [$50.16 to $60.40 hourly range]. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all Canada locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for NTT DATA’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Discount Perks.
