Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc.  is the global leader in innovating, developing, and delivering tumor infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) cell therapies for patients with solid tumors. Amtagvi® (lifileucel) is the first FDA-approved, one-time treatment for previously treated advanced melanoma, now approved in three global markets and available at more than 95 authorized treatment centers. This commercial subject matter expert will proactively identify what needs to be done, define the path forward, and drive the organization to execute.

  • Represents Commercial in established enterprise forums such as PDT and GDT, operating as the strategic integrator who drives alignment through expertise

New Product Planning & Portfolio Strategy

  • Build market sizing and addressable market analyses by tumor type, line of therapy, and geography, using epidemiology, treatment-flow, and claims data to quantify the commercial opportunity
  • Develop and maintain commercially grounded target product profiles (TPPs) for pipeline assets, defining the efficacy, safety, dosing, and differentiation thresholds needed to compete in each target indication
  • Own competitive analysis and scenario planning for pipeline indications, tracking competitor programs, data readouts, and approvals, modeling competitive entry, label variation, treatment landscape shifts, and outpatient usage opportunities, and defining the differentiation strategy for Iovance assets
  • Drive portfolio prioritization, forecasting, and commercial recommendations to inform Go/No-Go decisions for registrational trials
  • Lead early commercial assessments for pipeline assets, indication expansions, in-licensing opportunities, acquisitions, and business development evaluations, applying deep market knowledge to shape investment decisions
  • Provide commercial input on tumor target, indication, and launch market selection, including signal-finding studies and investigator-sponsored trials (ISTs) that support future registrational trials
  • Partner with Clinical Development and project teams to influence clinical milestones, trial design assumptions, accelerated or regular approval pathways, and regional commercialization considerations based on commercial viability and market dynamics
  • Own launch trackers, readiness scorecards, risk registers, and milestone dashboards as strategic tools using them to anticipate issues and drive proactive decision-making, not simply report status
  • Must adhere to Iovance Biotherapeutics’ core values, policies, procedures, and business ethics.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
