Job description

Are you our next Partnership Manager DACH?

Role: Partnership Manager DACH

Location: Hybrid / Remote (DACH Region / Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

The Mission: A Digital World Without Barriers

At Accessiway, we are not just another SaaS company; we are a scale-up growing at supersonic speed with one ambitious goal: making technology accessible to everyone, no exceptions. We believe accessibility is not just a compliance checkbox, but the way people live and experience the digital world.

As Europe's leading company in digital accessibility, we are looking for a driven, charismatic Partnership Manager to develop, nurture, and scale our partner ecosystem across the DACH region. In this role, you won't just manage existing contacts. You will be the commercial growth engine of our indirect channel, identifying and securing strategic alliances with web & marketing agencies, software houses, and consulting firms, turning collaborative opportunities into tangible business and social impact.

What We Offer (Beyond the usual promises)

  • Real Impact: Your work directly drives the digital transformation of businesses, ensuring digital products are usable by over 1.3 billion people worldwide.

  • A Powerhouse Team: You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, sales, marketing, and our accessibility experts who aim for excellence and approach every partnership with passion.

  • Autonomy, Growth & Ownership: We foster a culture where every idea counts. You will have the ownership to build your partner pipeline, test new channel strategies, and access structured Learning & Development paths.

  • Radical Inclusivity: We are an international team representing more than 15 nationalities, championing diversity and inclusion from the inside out.

  • Work-Life Balance: Benefit from a flexible hybrid/remote work model that respects your personal life while maximizing professional efficiency.

Your Mission at Accessiway

Taking full ownership of the partnership development lifecycle across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, you will focus on:

  • Proactive Partner Acquisition & Outbound: Drive outbound prospecting (cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and networking) to identify and engage high-potential partners—marketing agencies, web dev shops, software houses, and consultancies—while effectively qualifying inbound inquiries.

  • Structured Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Build and implement a systematic, process-driven approach to sourcing partners, managing deals end-to-end, and closing win-win commercial agreements aligned with company guidelines.

  • Partner Enablement & Activation: Provide partners with the onboarding, training, product knowledge, and resources necessary to successfully pitch digital accessibility and maximize referral flow.

  • Relationship Building & Brand Representation: Act as the trusted internal point of reference for our partner network, delivering a top-tier partner experience and nurturing long-term commercial loyalty.

  • Internal Synergy & CRM Discipline: Work in close synergy with sales leadership, marketing, and operations, maintaining accurate pipeline tracking and partner data in the CRM.

  • Market Trends & Ecosystem Knowledge: Stay continuously updated on the European Accessibility Act (EAA), regional regulations (e.g., BFSG in Germany), and digital agency trends across DACH to position Accessiway as the go-to accessibility partner.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven DACH Track Record: You have experience in the DACH market building agency partnerships (web, marketing, software, or IT consulting)—with the playbook and network of an experienced Partnership or Channel Manager.

  • Hunter & New-Business Mindset: You are energized by opening new doors, booking cold meetings, and building a channel from scratch, not just nurturing inbound accounts.

  • Commercial Acumen & Negotiation: Strong business instincts, contract negotiation skills, and a proven ability to close commercial agreements.

  • High Emotional Intelligence & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; you know how to build rapport quickly, navigate complex partner discussions, and communicate with clarity and empathy.

  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in German (native or C1/C2) and fluent English are required.

  • Autonomy & Organization: High degree of self-direction, time management, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Bonus Points If:

  • You have prior experience selling B2B SaaS solutions or digital agency services.

  • You bring an active network within the DACH agency and digital consulting ecosystem.

  • You have an authentic interest in digital accessibility (WCAG / BFSG / EAA), diversity, and social impact.
