AI Production Team Lead

Full-time · Remote (Philippines) · Flexible hours · Reports to the Head of Creative in Dubai

We are building an AI video production team in the Philippines. You will lead the team day to day and turn scripts into finished AI-generated episodes for short-form vertical series and branded content. You will also support design projects and presentation decks across the company.

What you'll do

● Lead and coordinate the Philippine team: full-time AI Video Specialists and contract AI Video Artists.

● Break scripts down into shot lists and assign daily and weekly tasks.

● Keep characters, locations and visual style consistent across all episodes.

● Review every shot and episode before it goes to the Head of Creative for approval.

● Own the team's AI credit budget: plan credits per episode, monitor daily usage against budget, flag overruns early and report weekly alongside progress and deadlines.

● Join meetings with the Dubai team and clients, including outside core hours when needed.

● Support work beyond AI video when required, including design projects and presentation decks for the wider company.

● Work hands-on as the team's most senior AI creator: generate the most complex shots, including character close-ups and dialogue scenes, and document prompts and workflows for the team.

● Act as the main contact between the Philippine team and the Dubai team.

What you'll bring

● 4+ years in video production or post-production, including at least 1 year leading a team.

● 1+ year of hands-on work with AI video tools such as Kling, Seedance, Higgsfield, Runway or Veo.

● A strong eye for storytelling, framing and continuity.

● Solid editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro.

● Experience managing deadlines, budgets and multiple deliverables at once, ideally including AI tool credits or subscriptions.

● Strong Canva skills for building presentation decks.

● Design skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).

● Flexibility to adjust working hours for meetings and deadlines.

● Clear, confident English communication.

● A portfolio showing AI-generated video work, ideally including dialogue scenes.

Nice to have

● Experience with short-form or vertical content (TikTok, Reels, micro-dramas).

● AI voice cloning and lipsync experience.

● After Effects or DaVinci Resolve.
