Delivery Coordinator

Ciklum is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join our team full-time in Poland.

As a Delivery Coordinator, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

This position is ideal for an ambitious candidate with a foundational IT background and basic project management knowledge who is eager to learn, driven to solve operational puzzles, and possesses strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Project & Delivery Coordination: Assist Delivery Managers in planning, estimating, and tracking ongoing project activities, progress, and risks
• Team Onboarding & Staffing: Support team setup, ramp-up, and onboarding activities while maintaining accurate delivery and resource data in internal systems and client portals
• Agile Facilitation: Organize meetings and Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives), capture key action items, and keep tracking tools updated
• Status Reporting & Documentation: Help prepare regular status reports, presentations, and project documentation for both internal leadership and client stakeholders
• Communication & Alignment: Act as an operational link between internal tech teams and client project contacts; monitor changing client needs and proactively escalate items requiring delivery leadership attention
• Risk & Issue Tracking: Help log, track, and follow up on delivery risks, operational blockers, and client satisfaction metrics
• Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process bottlenecks and suggesting operational enhancements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a project coordination, IT delivery support, or PMO role
• Proven experience working within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments
