Periodic travel and coordination with program leadership, Client representatives, installation personnel, contractors, consultants, government stakeholders, and on-site personnel may be required.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and deliver initial and recurring security briefings addressing access control, visitor management, information handling, prohibited activities, and incident reporting.
  • Coordinate with Document Control, Information Technology, and cybersecurity personnel to protect controlled, proprietary, procurement-sensitive, export-controlled, and security-sensitive information.
  • Establish or support requirements for information marking, access, storage, transmission, reproduction, distribution, retention, and authorized destruction.
  • Review procurement and subcontract packages for applicable security, information-protection, cybersecurity, access, and flow-down requirements.
  • Coordinate contractor and vendor security onboarding, access approvals, briefings, compliance documentation, and corrective actions.
  • Support security planning for deliveries, equipment movement, photography, recording, meetings, inspections, testing, commissioning, and high-visibility visits.
  • Identify physical, personnel, information, technology, and operational security risks and coordinate mitigation and contingency actions.
  • Administer security-incident reporting and support investigations involving unauthorized access, lost credentials, suspicious activity, theft, or potential information compromise.
  • Conduct security inspections and compliance reviews, document findings, assign corrective actions, and verify closure.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, confidential, traceable, and auditable security records in approved systems and repositories.
  • Prepare security reports, performance indicators, incident summaries, risk information, and management briefings.
  • Support emergency preparedness, continuity planning, drills, and coordination with the Client, installation personnel, and emergency-response organizations.
  • Work remotely during the first year, with the expectation of residing within commuting distance of Little Rock, Arkansas, or relocating to the area thereafter.
  • Support periodic travel and coordination with program leadership, Client representatives, installation personnel, contractors, consultants, government stakeholders, and on-site personnel.
